Using the Create a new administrative unit button
A new administrative unit can be created.The following information can be maintained in the dialog that opens:
Feld
description
Name
Free text field for the name of the new administrative unit.
UUID
Automatically generated identification number (not editable).
client
Selection of the client to which the administrative unit belongs. (drop-down menu
Valid from/Valid to
Determines the validity period of the administrative unit.
Superordinate administrative unit
Selection of an existing administrative unit to which the new unit is subordinate. (drop-down menu
Commentary
Free text field for additional information or notes.
objects
Related objects (e.g. roles, users or event types) can be added here. A new assignment can be created using the “+ Add object” button.
The process is completed with “Save” or with “Cancel” without saving.
More Features
Using the checkboxes in the first column, you can mark several administrative units at the same time.
Marked entries can be deleted collectively.
The search and filter functions can be used to find specific administrative units.
