In this area, SMTP data (mail server settings) as well as times and security parameters for the email system are configured. These settings determine how the system sends emails and how long data is retained.

SMTP username | SMTP server user name (usually the email address or a special account). |
SMTP password | SMTP user password. |
SMTP server | Address of the mail server used (e.g. BSP). |
SMTP port | Communication port for the mail server (e.g. BSP) |
Admin email | Address of the administrator to whom system messages are sent. |
Email event time | Time interval for processing email events. |
Email access time | Time interval for email retrieval or delivery. |
Data protection period | Time in minutes for how long data is kept in the system (e.g. 1440 = 1 day). |
Save | Apply the changed settings permanently. |
