main devices
The Main Devices section shows an overview of all central devices that communicate directly with the system.
Existing entries can be edited here or their connection status can be checked.
column | description |

Name | The individually assigned device name (clickable for editing). |
device type | Shows whether it is a main device or a reader. |
Status | Indicates whether the device is active or inactive. |
Connected | Shows whether the device is connected to other components. |
administrative unit | Organizational allocation, e.g. “GSM.” |
client | The client to whom the device is assigned (e.g.: “WEBCLIENT”). |
Valid from/to | Period of time during which the device may be valid/active. |
