Onboarding
This page is intended for you as a user if you do not have administrative rights and describes the most important first steps to get started.
You get an overview of basic tasks and typical processes to help you find your way around the system.
View your personal profile and notification settings:
To access your personal area, you must open the menu at the bottom left of Dexios with your name written next to it.
You can then adjust your personal settings under “Profile”.
Under “Notifications”, you can set a slider for three different levels of severity (Info, Warning, Critical) whether you want to receive a profile notification in the system or an email notification for these events - or both.
You can also choose a time frame for notifications by choosing a time model for them.
Tip
The time frame can be circumvented by emergency overriding for critical events by activating the appropriate slider.
Make access authorization requests and view their status:
Requests for access rights can be made under “My Access”. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
Under My permission requests You can see the status of the request (s).
