device groups
In the Device groups tab, you can combine multiple devices into groups in order to manage them together or to assign permissions efficiently.
Device groups are used to logically combine multiple devices — either online or offline. This makes it easier, for example, to centrally manage access rights, configurations or schedules
Create device groups
Select group type
At the top, you can select the type of device group:
ONLINE — for network-connected devices
OFFLINE — for devices without a permanent connection
The type you choose affects which devices can be added.

Add devices
In the area “Add device” Can you assign individual devices to the group:
Click on “+ device”to select a device.
Devices that have already been added can be accessed by clicking on “Delete” remove again.
Complete the process
Save: Create or update the device group with all settings.
Cancel: Closes the process without change.
tips
Tip
Use groups for Zonen, floors, locations or device types, for example, to uniformly assign authorizations or schedules.
Notice
Make sure that all devices are active during the group's validity period — otherwise group rights may not apply.
