1. Requirements
To use DEXIOS, you need a user account with at least one assigned role. Your system administrator sets up your account and assigns you appropriate permissions

Your browser is up to date (recommended browsers: Chrome from version 90, Edge from version 90, Firefox from version 88, Safari from version 14).
2. First login
After successful registration, you will be sent to DexIOS dashboard redirected.
Open your browser and the DEXIOS login page provided by your administrator.
You are automatically redirected to the Microsoft login page. Enter your work email address and click “Next.”
Enter your Microsoft password and click Sign In.
If multi-factor authentication is enabled in your organization, use whichever method you have set up.
When you log in for the first time, you may need to confirm that DEXIOS is allowed to access your basic profile data.
Special features when logging in for the first time
No assigned roles: If you haven't been assigned any user roles yet, you'll see a special welcome page that tells you to contact your administrator.
Assignment of persons: For the full range of functions, you should not only have a user account, but also be created as a person in the system. Your administrator links your user account to your personal data set
3. Check & complete your profile

4. Set language
DEXIOS supports multiple languages. You can change the user interface language at any time.
In your profile menu, select the “Language & System” tab under “Profile”
Select your preferred language

The interface immediately switches to the selected language
