The Access Authorization Requests section is used to manage requests for access rights. All applications received by users are displayed here to access specific devices, resources, or areas. Applications can be viewed, reviewed and processed accordingly in this area
Feld | description |

Request date | Date on which the request was made. |
Request for | person for whom the request is being made. |
devices | Associated device. |
Status | Current processing status. |
Time | Date of access authorization. |
Valid from/to | Period during which the requested eligibility is valid. |
Search field | Enables you to search specifically for a person who has submitted the application. |
Filter | Limit the view to specific criteria, such as status or time period. |
Actions
Applications can be processed in the upper area. The following options are available:
Reject
The selected request is rejected.
Agree
The selected request is approved.
Redirect
The application is transferred to another body for further processing.
Notice
If there are no requests, the message: “No workflow requests found” appears.
