Edit profile picture
You can manage your profile picture in the following ways:
Take a photo - Use your device's camera to take a new profile picture right away
upload photo - Select an existing image from your device and upload it as a profile picture
Delete photo - Remove the currently stored profile picture.
Add a new ID
If no number is selected, a new ID number is automatically added from the available ID numbers.
Option: Connect to Apple Wallet
Deactivate ID
Existing ID numbers can be deactivated using the slider.
Print ID
The “Print ID” button generates a personalized ID for the selected person. In case of:
new employees: First issue of access cards
replacement cards: In case of loss or failure of existing cards
Visitor cards: For temporary access rights
Click on the “Print ID” button in the top right corner.
Enter the desired name manually.
Select the appropriate layout for the ID from the drop-down menu.
Default layout: Predefined layout of your administrative unit
Visitor layout: For temporary access
VIP layout: For management/management
Emergency layout: Simple layout without photo
Enter a unique badge ID to uniquely associate the card in the system.
Click Print to generate and send the card to the printer.

Block a person
In the person overview, you have the option of denying access to individual profiles or granting access again. To block a person, please click the appropriate button; to undo the action, click 
.
Tip
In the functionBlocking Is there the option to provide a reason for the denial of access as information, which is then displayed in the profile.
