Devices
In the Devices section, you manage all components registered in the system, such as main devices, readers, offline systems and device groups. Here you can add new devices, edit existing entries, check the status, or manage device configurations. The division into various categories helps you to quickly navigate between the individual device types and their areas of responsibility
All devices — Overview of all registered devices
main devices — Management of central system devices and control units
offline systems — Management of autonomous systems without a direct online connection
device groups — Combining multiple devices into logical groups
Features at a glance
New device
click on “+ New device”to register a new main device or reader (leads to the entry mask, see instruction section Add a new device).
Find a device
Type a device name or part of it in the search field to find specific devices.
filter function
click on “Filters”to narrow down devices by type, status, or time period, for example.
Page break & display size
At the bottom, you can switch between pages and set the number of devices displayed per page (e.g. 10, 25, 50).
Status & connection indicator
🟢 Green = active/ connected
⚪ Gray = Not connected
🔴 Red = inactive/connection missing
Export function
It is also possible to export the list entries. The export formats CSV and PDF are available here
To export a CSV or PDF file, click the following icon: 
and then to the desired format.
Usage tips
Several devices can be marked with a checkbox to carry out collective actions (depending on the system function), if necessary.
Clicking on a device name directly opens the detailed view for editing.
If you work with many devices, use the filters to quickly find relevant data.
